As a person who lives to lift at the gym and wants to make the most out of my work out, I have had to rethink my approach to strength training. After just one session with Lisa, I learned that I have not been getting the most out of all the hours I spend at the gym. It is important to me that I work every muscle to its full potential and not waist my valuable time! The equipment at Smarty Pants Workout will work your body in ways that traditional equipment simply cannot do. -Becky
